Read Forums, Mailing Lists and check external pages related to SME. Update FAQ, Weblinks, New Contrib Announcements, Community Directory, create Howtos as needed, point Forum members to the entries, encourage people to use the wiki. Check RecentChanges and notice what the other members are doing.
